TechMount Fairing Mount The TechMount Fairing Mount attaches to one of the mirror mounting studs on the inside of the front fairing (left or right side) and is used when center stem mount is not practical or desired. This mount system has a rotating top plate that can be installed with any one of the three mounting holes in the top plate. This allows for more flexibility in mounting. These studs are attached to the mirror assembly and have nuts on the inside of the fairing support bracket that must be removed prior to installation. The mount is shipped fully assembled and ready to install. The rectangular plate measures 2.25 x 3 with three mounting holes to allow left, right, and center mounting options. It also has a 1/4 hole for thumb screw. The shaft length is 4.5. TechMount recommends not mounting any items weighing more than 8 ounces.
