Nelson Rigg Hurricane Waterproof Backpack / Tail Bag 40 Liter It's a waterproof backpack that's also a waterproof tail bag. The Nelson Rigg SE-3040 is designed for either application. There's a rear panel for tucking your backpack straps away and then there's multiple tie down points for securing the pack to your bike. A pair of centrally buckling straps feature looped ends for tying down to passenger peg stays or grab handles. If your adventure is a long one or a short one, the SE-3040 is ready for it.
