Innovative TechFrame inner liners and the use of 3D-Bubble technological fabric combined with pockets for Back and Chest Protectors complete the technical features. The Black Hawk Pelle is a CE - Cat. II Directive 89/686/EEC certified leather jacket which means it complies with the very stringent protective standards laid down by this European Standard for motorcycle clothing.
