Quick Detach system leaves no exposed bracket when backrest is removed.Installation Instructions:Honda VT750 ACE1. Remove Passenger seat2. Remove Drivers seat and turn over3. Remove two phillips screw holding little coverwill not use4. Remove two nuts holding bracket on and place supplied bracketdown then reinstall original bracket using the washer includedon the big bolt at the rear of the drivers seat5. Put passenger seat back on it will be tight at first6. Install new backrest in the bracket and ride safe
