One version has brackets with a single 38 hole,perfect for mounting Silver Bullets or L.E.D. Mini Bullets the other has a 38 hole and wire passage slot to accept most OEM rear turn signals or Kuryakyn PN KY5032 Bullet Turn Signals. Does not include turn signals
